I sign my paintings H.RAND. Most people know me as Kim. I was fortunate to be able to work with my passion. I have taken many many art workshops and been involved in art clubs through the years. When people ask me what kind of art I do, I would say that I am a colorist. I have always been inspired to use very vibrant colors. I do different things like gold inlay and abstract. Often my style changes. My work fluctuates between abstract and semi realism. I have mini paintings 3x3 (inches) and large 48x36. My art comes in all shapes and sizes.
Eight years ago I moved to Hawaii to be with my family. It has been an interesting place to live. Paridise to be sure!!!! The sights and all the culture I have witnessed has been very inspiring. It has been a lovely journey! When I am not in my studio, you can find me spending time with my three of my five beautiful grandchildren and walking the beach in Kailua, HI. Although painting is my passion and massage healing is my profession; I am, like many others, still in pursuit of my purpose.
